AUTOMATIC EQUALIZER, ROTATING DEVICE, DISK DRIVE AND BALANCER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic equalizer capable of surely obtaining balance and a rotating device or the like mounted with the automatic equalizer. SOLUTION: The automatic equalizer 10 is provided with magnets 11 that function as a balancer, wherein ferrofluids 9 are attached to the magnets 11. The magnets 11 and the ferrofluids 9 are housed by a housing comprising a case 2 and a cover 1. The magnets 11 have high specific gravity like a metal sphere as in the conventional manner, balance can be surely attained. Since the magnetic fluids 9 are attached to the magnets 11 to make the magnets move smoothly, it is possible to reduce noise caused when the conventional metal sphere moves.
