<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation controller of a vehicle generator in which a constant creeping distance can be ensured even when a control IC with a narrow terminal spacing is mounted, and occurrence of inter-terminal leak and faults incident thereto can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation controller comprises a control IC incorporating an IC chip for controlling the generation voltage of a vehicle generator and having a plurality of terminals projecting partially and connected electrically with the IC chip, a terminal block 250 from which a plurality of terminals 252 connected electrically with the plurality of terminals projecting from the control IC are projecting, and heat dissipation fins arranged oppositely to the control IC.
