PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet device for an MRI retaining low cost without increasing the magnetomotive force of a coil while securing the visual field of a subject. SOLUTION: A displacement section A displaced axially to the inside of the electromagnet is provided at least one edge in the axial direction of an inner cylinder 1, a superconductive coil 411 positioned in an axially outermost side is formed with a displacement section displacing axially to the inside of the electromagnet corresponding to the displacement section A of the inner cylinder 1, and when the subject 10 is disposed in the inner cylinder 1, the visual field of the subject can be secured in the outside.
