PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information signal transmitting apparatus which can simultaneously ensure a power path and an information path, and is excellent in installability. SOLUTION: A module body 10A is provided with a power source connector 11A for receiving power supply from a power source connector 11A' of an expanded functional module 10b electrically connected to a power line L1 via a gate device 3 and a basic functional module 8b, an information connector 11B for delivering and receiving information signals with an information connector 11B' of the expanded functional module 10b electrically connected to an information line L2, and a microphone M1 for converting collected acoustic signals into electric signals. In the module body 10A, there are provided a sound recognizing means for recognizing sounds from an output of the microphone M1 and outputting information signals based on a result of recognition, and an information transmitting means for transmitting the information signals via the information connector 11B.
