PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid regulator for accurately regulating the pressure of fluid, if having very high pressure, without causing poor sealing and poor operation while maintaining the automatic aligning function of a pressure regulating valve when assembled. SOLUTION: The fluid regulator 1 comprises a seat holder 67 for holding a seat 7 in the state of being shaft-sealed via an O-ring 71 and backup rings 72, 73. The seat holder 67 is arranged on a body 2 in the state of being face-sealed via an O-ring 70, and the backup rings 72, 73 are provided between the seat holder 67 and the O-ring 71 for supporting the O-ring 71.
