PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash roller device which can reduce or prevent squeaking or vibration, and achieve smooth opening/closing operation of a sash, and to provide a fitting with the sash roller device. SOLUTION: The entire body or a peripheral portion of a sash roller member 21 is formed of a superengineering plastic that has a creep deformation volume smaller than an elastic deformation volume, and therefore during rolling of the sash roller, creep deformation occurring at a guide section of the sash roller member 21 is compensated for by elastic deformation occurring at the time of abutting of the same on a lower rail 3A, and therefore wobbling of the sash is prevented. As a result, squeaking and vibration during the opening/closing operation of the sash 10 are reduced or prevented, which leads to smooth opening/closing operation of the sash 10.
