PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bleaching agent composition having excellent effects for removing hydrophobic stain and combined stain. SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching agent composition contains (A) hydrogen peroxide, (B) a surfactant, (C) a water-soluble polymer having an alkylene terephthalate unit and/or an alkylene isophthalate unit, and an oxyalkylene unit, and (D) an organic solvent having a hydroxy group, 1.0-3.5 logP value [P is a distribution coefficient between octanol and water], and (-3.4)-0.2 logS value [S is the amount (mol/L) to be dissolved in water at 25°C]. The contents of the components (B), (C) and (D) are regulated so that the ratio B/C (by mass) of contents of the component (B) to the component (C) is >14.0, and the ratio D/C (by mass) of contents of the component (D) to the component (C) is >2.0.
