PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer light-emitting material which gives highly pure red light in high light-emitting efficiency, to provide an organic EL element whose production process is simplified and which realizes the increase of the area and has excellent durability, and to provide a display. SOLUTION: This polymer light-emitting material is characterized by comprising a polymer containing structural units derived from an iridium complex represented by the general formula (1).
