PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tetrakisaminophenol compound which can be converted into a low relative dielectric constant resin. SOLUTION: This is a tetrakisaminophenol compound having a group constituted of a diamond structure. The tetrakisaminophenol compound has a hydroxy group and an amino group at an ortho position and has a structure expressed by formula (1). Provided that, in the formula, R, R' and T show each a group constituted of a diamond structure. Ar shows an aromatic group, m shows an integer of 1-20, n and p show each an integer of 0-3, q shows 0 or 1, and s shows 1 or 2.
