PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and inexpensively apply lubricating oil to a cantilever arm of respective scrapers. SOLUTION: Guide rails 2 and 3 of upper-lower two stages are arranged on a side wall 11 of a carrying gutter 1, and the scrapers 5 are rockably installed in a plurality via the cantilever arm 6 in an endless chain 4 circularly moving in these upper-lower guide rails 2 and 3. The upper end of the carrying gutter 1 is provided with a roller 21 applying the lubricating oil to the cantilever arm 6 of the scrapers 5 and an oil pot 31 replenishing the lubricating oil to the roller 21. When the scrapers 5 move on the guide rail of the upper stage, its cantilever arm 6 touches a sponge roller 21, and the sponge roller 21 is lifted by its cantilever arm 6, and the sponge roller 21 impregnated with the lubricating oil replenished from the oil pot 31 rotates, and the lubricating oil is applied to the cantilever arm 6.
