PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder capable of easily changing the excitation force to parts on a conveying path. SOLUTION: The vibration generated by an exciter 333 is given to a first conveying member 320 provided on the exciter 333, and also given to a third conveying member 350 via an elastic plate member 360 mounted on the exciter 333. Very small parts 800 fed from a parts feeder 200 is conveyed straight from the upstream side to the downstream side by the first conveying member 320, and very small parts 800 fed from the downstream side of the first conveying member 320 are circulated to the parts feeder 200 by the third conveying member 350. One end of the elastic plate member 360 is supported by a rotatably supporting unit 370 in a rotation-adjustable manner, and the other end of the elastic plate member 360 after adjusting the rotation by the rotatably supporting unit 370 is held by a holding unit 380.
