PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping device having a printing function, which resolves various types of problems occurring when a printing function is applied by a thermal transfer printing device, and provides the device less expensively than that of the former one. SOLUTION: There is provided a stamp device 91 having a stamp 94 having printing material containing ink, and a packaging film drawn out of a film roll 19 is printed by the stamp 94. With this arrangement, the printing location is not shrunk with heat and no hole is produced at the printing location with heat. The printing device does not have any waiting time and a user's stress at the beginning of starting operation is released. Further, the stamp 94 is less expensive as compared with that of electronic parts such as a thermal head and the like and utilization of the commercially-available stamp 94 enables its easy preparation.
