PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof part structure capable of effectively suppressing noise while having a simple structure which does not always require sound absorbing material. SOLUTION: In the automobile roof part structure, first high stiffness portions 16 having relatively high stiffness are provided on each connecting portion between both side surface panels 30 and an outer panel 10 of a roof 8. The automobile roof part structure comprises a plurality of second high-stiffness portions 17 provided between both first high-stiffness portions 16 and having relatively high stiffness; and low-stiffness portions 19 interposed between the first high-stiffness portion 16 and the second high-stiffness portion 17 and between the second high-stiffness portions 17 in the outer panel 10, having lower stiffness than the first high-stiffness portion 16 and the second high-stiffness portion 17, and having total area smaller than that of the second high-stiffness portions 17. The natural frequency of each of second high-stiffness portions 17 is approximately equal to one another, and is from 60 to 800Hz. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
