PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing unit for a wheel capable of simplifying an assembling process and reducing weight by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: This bearing unit 10 is provided with a stationary ring 11 mounted on a vehicle body and provided with a plurality of rows of stationary raceways 18, rotary rings 13 and 15 arranged concentrically with the stationary ring 11 and provided with a plurality of rows of rotary raceways 19 opposed to each of the stationary raceways 18, and a plurality of rolling elements 20 interposed between the mutually opposed stationary raceways 18 and the rotary raceways 19. In the rotary rings 13 and 15, wheel mounting flanges 17 to be mounted with wheels 24 are included.
