The invention concerns a pressure-control device for a watch comprising a push-piece knob (1) connected to a push-piece pin (2) passing through a push-piece tube (3) designed to be received in the watch case. The device also comprises a compression ring (4) screwed on the push-piece tube (3) and a compression seal (5) placed between the tube (3) and the ring (4), the seal (5) being compressed when the ring (4) is in a first screwed position. The compression ring (4) comprises over part of its inner periphery a double axial stop (4.1, 4.2) and the push-piece knob (1) comprises a pin (1.1) over its outer periphery, such that the compression ring (4) co-operates with the push-piece knob (1) to lock the push-piece knob (1) in its first position and release same in a second unscrewed position.
