The invention relates to protecting network devices and a computers against unauthorised access and intervention from the outside into the work of operating systems of network devices and computers. Said invention makes it possible to produce a securely protected reliable internet screen. The inventive device for differentiating the access between two data transmission networks in an IP protocol consists of two network interfaces and a filtration module between the input/output controllers thereof. The filtration module is embodied in the form of an operating system-less-computing machine which is provided with ports for connecting to said controllers, a comparison unit, a template collection memory unit and an input/output interface for communicating with an external programmer. In the other embodiments of said device, the filtration module is also devoid of an operating system and consists of a set of electromechanical switches or of the set of electromechanical switches and the memory unit.
