The device has lumens (10) for supplying and/or delivering a medium, and an elongation, where the device is made of an absorbable material. The elongation is provided to cover the area of the patient to be supplied with oxygen, and to surround the area in a partially planar manner. The lumens are formed in a tubular manner and are arranged one below the other in a spaced manner by a connector (11), where the lumens have an opening (12) and/or perforation (13) in a direction of projected support of the device. The lumens and the connector form a network structure. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method of oxygen supplying to an area of a patient; and (2) a kit with a device for supplying oxygen to an area of a patient.
