<p>An impregnating die which prevents fiber bundles from breaking at the nozzle to improve the productivity of a high-quality long-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material. In the impregnating die (100), fiber bundles (4) of reinforcing fibers are impregnated with a molten thermoplastic resin in an impregnating tank (1) while being hauled, and the bundles (4) impregnated are shaped with shaping nozzles. The inside of the impregnating tank is partitioned with partition members (5) substantially parallel to the direction of the hauling of the fiber bundles (4), at substantially the same pitch as the shaping nozzles. Thus, the fiber bundles (4) are separated into units to be sent to the respective shaping nozzles.</p> |
