<p>It is intended to protect an agricultural crop from heat burn by sunbeams, the growth of fungi and bacteria due to high humidity, rain, winds, frost, insect attack and bird attack. A membrane containing a near infrared-blocking material is formed on at least one face of a synthetic resin film consisting of multiple sheets. Then, the films are piled up with the face having the membrane thus formed inside. In the inner space between the thus piled films, a gas is introduced and a large number of air-permeable micropores are formed on the whole face. The films are bonded together at the peripheries of these micropores. As a substitute for the membrane containing the near infrared-blocking material, use may be made of a synthetic resin film having a large number of microvoids.</p> |
