<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design an optimum sound field adjustment filter for each user. <P>SOLUTION: A filter design system 40 includes: a test signal input device 16 which inputs impulse response of a bandpass filter of each band i to a speaker 20 of either a left or right channel and inputs a signal obtained by applying delay processing of a plurality of kinds of delay times and amplification processing of a plurality of kinds of adjustment levels to a phase inverted signal with phase of the impulse response inverted to the speaker 20 of the other channel; a user terminal 14 which receives an input of the optimum delay time and adjustment level of each band i which can apply the sound image localization to a predetermined position by a user receiving and listening to a test signal output from the speakers 20; and a filter creating device 12 which applies delay processing of the received delay time and amplification processing of the received adjustment level to the impulse response to be impulse response and determines filter response by adding up impulse response about all frequency bands. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
