<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction gas humidifying device capable of efficiently and surely humidifying reaction gas, which can be totally downsized. <P>SOLUTION: The reaction gas humidifying device has first and second separators 52, 54 with a water permeating membrane 50 interposed in between. The first separator 52 has groove parts 62a, 64a for supplying the air of before reaction, and the second separator 54 has grooves 80a, 82a for supplying off-gas. Openings 78a, 89a are formed on wall parts 77a, 87a contacting the water permeating membrane 50 of the first and second separators 52, 54, and deforming parts 79a, 90a deforming in a direction separating from the water permeating membrane 50 are arranged at a part surrounding the openings 78a, 89a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
