摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus suitable for reducing picture deterioration when charges (pixel signal) are read out from an image sensor (photoelectric conversion element) using a nondestructive reading system. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 1 comprises an image sensor constituted of a photoelectric conversion element and the like; an image processor 10 for reading out a pixel signal from the image sensor by a nondestructive reading system and outputting the image data of the pixel signal; an image processor 12 for creating OB difference pixel data and minimum exposure pixel data, based on various pixel data such as the pixel data of an OB region outputted from the image processor 10 and the pixel data during minimum exposure time and creating difference pixel data by removing noise component from the pixel data during normal exposure based on the pixel data thus created; and a frame memory 14 for storing various pixel data outputted from the image processor 10, the OB difference pixel data, the minimum exposure pixel data, and the difference pixel data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
