PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sealing type active vibration control device having novel structure capable of achieving stable operation of a moving element and a stator in a solenoid type actuator while highly securing all of transmission efficiency of exciting force, durability and reliability. SOLUTION: A biased energizing means is provided for energizing the moving element 100 to the stator in the direction perpendicular to the axis, a positioning means 160 is provided for pushing the moving element 100 and an exciting member 64 to the approaching direction in the axial direction and positioning in the axial separating direction, and a plastically deformed member 164 is provided which is arranged between axial direction confronting surfaces of the moving element 100 and the exiting member 64 in the plastically deformed state so as to position the movable element 100 and the exiting member 64 in the axial direction approaching direction.
