PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealing device in which replacement of a sealing member is easy. SOLUTION: A seal rubber 10 includes a top plate 11 disposed between the flange of a container and a container support face, a cylindrical portion 12 bent from the top plate 11, and a bottom plate bent from the cylindrical portion 12 so as to oppose the top plate 11. An engagement groove 14 is formed inside the seal rubber 10. A peripheral projection, with which the engagement groove 14 is engaged, is formed on a container holding part. The detachable seal rubber 10 is brought into firm contact with the container holding part by its elasticity while being engaged with the peripheral projection of the container holding part.
