PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a structure of a rotational center displacement device for a steering column by providing a rotating member of a hinge structure type of a pin nodal point. SOLUTION: This rotational center displacing device for a steering column, which displaces the rotational center of the steering column relative to a vehicle longitudinal direction X to more backward of the vehicle than a point of intersection between the axis of a steering shaft lying below the steering column and a cab floor, is composed of a bracket 20 which is part of a reinforcing member for reinforcing the cab floor and is fixed to a portion 5 extending in a vehicle lateral direction Y at the portion lying more backward of the vehicle than the intersection point, a rotating member 24 axially supported at the bracket 20 so as to be capable of rotating in the longitudinal direction X, and a steering support rod of which upper end is rotatably fixed at the lower portion of the steering column, and of which lower end is rotatably fixed at a portion 26 different from an axially supported portion 25 of the rotating member 24.
