PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector doing without a grounding bar and having high shielding characteristics, and to provide an electronic equipment equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The connector with a plurality of coaxial cables 11 arrayed in parallel, to which a cable group 10 integrated as shielding conductors 11 of the coaxial cables 11 are connected to the conductor parts 12, is provided with a plurality of terminal parts 100 electrically connected with connecting conductors 11a of the plurality of coaxial cables 11, a body 200 on which the plurality of terminal parts 100 are arrayed in a length direction, a shielding member 300 fitted to the body 200 and located between the terminal parts 100 and conductor parts 12, and a shielding cover 400 fitted to the body 200 and pinching the conductor parts 12 of the cable group 10 together with the shielding member 300.
