PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method and its program for enabling a manager and a user of an electronic mail address to manage the latest electronic mail addresses by reducing the labors of the manager and the user. SOLUTION: This electronic mail address management device is provided with an address storage part in which electronic mail addresses are stored so as to be associated with user information for specifying the users of the electronic mail addresses; a means for receiving electronic mails including the user information; a reading means for reading the user information included in the received electronic mails; and an updating means for reading the electronic mail addresses stored so as to be associated with the read user information from the address storage part, and for updating the read electronic mail address with the transmission origin address of the received electronic mail.
