PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver and a display device including the same. SOLUTION: The driver 700 and display device 10 including the same include a control voltage signal generator which converts the voltage level of a control voltage signal according to an external signal, a clock signal generator which generates a clock signal whose duty ratio changes according to the voltage level of the control voltage signal, and a DC-DC converter which converts the level of an input voltage according to the clock signal and outputs the input voltage whose level is converted as a driving voltage.
