PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire damage determination device capable of determining tire damage with high accuracy. SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 26 detects a force that acts on a tire. An air pressure sensor 22a detects air pressure on the tire. A storage device 104 retains the history of detected forces, elapsed time information which indicates an elapsed time from a predetermined time after the tire is produced, mileage information which indicates the mileage of a vehicle in a state of the tire to be determined being installed, and the history of detected air pressure by storing them. A damage determination section 103 determines the tire damage by making reference to the history of forces, the elapsed time information, the mileage information, and the air pressure information which are retained.
