PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift device for a vehicle capable of facilitating wearing operation of a seat belt and reducing cost by simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: This lift device for the vehicle is provided with a driving lift type link mechanism 4 connecting a raising/lowering frame 2 supporting a mount body 1 mounting and supporting a wheelchair C to a base frame 7 provided in the vehicle V and capable of raising/lowering the raising/lowering frame 2 in a parallel attitude or an approximately horizontal attitude in a lowered state positioning the mount body 1 on the ground or adjacency thereto and a raised state positioning the mount body 1 to the same height or an approximately same height to the floor face F of the vehicle V; the mount body 1 is supported to the raising/lowering frame to be horizontally moved in an outward position positioned outside the vehicle and an inward position positioned inside the vehicle; and a seat belt support frame 46 for supporting the seat belt in a state extending downward from a part in the upper side of the height equivalent to user's shoulders seated in the wheelchair C mounted and supported to the mount body is provided in the raising/lowering frame 2.
