The stick has a body (1), which is provided with a heart beat measurer (12) for measuring heart beat of a user at an end, and a step counter (14) for measuring number of footsteps of the user at an another end. A display unit (15) is provided at the stick body, where the display unit is electrically connected with the heart beat measurer and the step counter for displaying the measured values of the heart beat measurer and step counter.
