A portable toilet is provided to discharge the waste water stored in a septic tank and the water storied in a water tank smoothly and to remove residual water and waste water completely. The portable toilet(10) comprises a car body(12) equipped with wheels(11), a house(30) installed to the car body to form the inside space of the ladies' room and the gentlemen's room and composed of panels(20) provided with an insulation member, upper and lower exterior panels attached to the top and bottom of the insulation member and a reinforcement member installed on the edge between the upper exterior panel or the lower exterior panel and the insulation member, toilet stools and washstands installed to the inside space of the ladies' room and the gentlemen's room of the house, a water supply device installed to the car body and provided with a water tank to supply water to the toilet stools and the washstands, and a septic tank installed to the car body to store the waste water discharged from the toilet stools and the washstands.
