<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a manufacturing cost of a whole chip by reducing a cost of a memory area occupying a large area in a chip. <P>SOLUTION: In a memory area of a radio chip made of a thin film, data is written by a signal inputted through a cable connection, and the data is read out by a radio signal. A bit line and a word line constituting the organic memory are selected, respectively, by the signal specifying an address generated on the basis of the signal caused by the cable connection, and a voltage is applied to the selected memory cell.
