MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COLOR FILTER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of color filter using a gray-tone mask which is useful for forming different kinds of members in a color filter.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of color filter comprises: a photosensitive resin layer formation process of forming a photosensitive resin layer made of a photosensitive resin on a base plate; and a different kinds of members formation process of exposing the photosensitive resin layer by using the gray-tone mask provided with a translucent film having a predetermined transmittance characteristic, developing the exposed photosensitive resin layer and simultaneously forming at least two different kinds of members made of the photosensitive resins.
