<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase operation efficiency by preventing delaying in a departure by repetition of opening-closing operation of a door of mutual cars. <P>SOLUTION: When a hall call is generated in the same direction as an elevator on the floor at which the elevator stops in an existence direction state, a group supervisory operation control device 11 confirms an opening-closing state of the door of the other car in the elevator via a door opening-closing state confirming part 25. As a result, when conforming that the other car is in door closing operation or is closing the door, the group supervisory operation control device 11 controls so as to be allocated to an elevator of a separate car by prohibiting allocation of the hall call to the elevator via an allocation control part 28.
