PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure favorable traveling performance, particularly, favorable linear traveling performance of a vehicle even when there is a fixing malfunction in a roll rigidity varying means by applying a yaw moment to the vehicle so as to suppress deviation of the vehicle. SOLUTION: When a fixing malfunction occurs in an active stabilizer device 16 of a front wheel side (S20), a target yaw moment Mt is calculated, necessary for coping with an excessive yaw moment caused by roll steer of left and right front wheels 10FL and 10FR and acting on the vehicle (S30). When a fixing malfunction occurs in an active stabilizer device 18 of a rear wheel side (S40), a target yaw moment Mt is calculated, necessary for coping with an excessive yaw moment caused by roll steer of left and right rear wheels 10RL, 10RR and acting on the vehicle. Braking/driving force is controlled such that the yaw moment necessary for coping with the excessive yaw moment acting on the vehicle is applied to the vehicle (S80, 90).
