<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring in real time in the noncontact state information of the number, the particle size or the like of aerosol including a specific material or comprising only the specific material, concerning analysis of aerosol suspended in the air. <P>SOLUTION: In order to measure remotely in real time the number of aerosol comprising the specific material or aerosol including the specific material suspended in a limited space in the atmosphere or the quantity included in the aerosol, the aerosol is subjected to laser irradiation, and fluorescence, phosphorescence, photoluminescence or the like generated by laser light excitation having a different wavelength from laser light irradiated from the specific material by interaction between the laser light and the specific material, or peculiar light generated from the specific material such as Raman scattering light of stokes or anti-stokes light or the like generated by laser inelastic scattering is visualized, and image measurement and image processing are performed, to thereby perform counting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
