<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable random access and editing, without oppressing the amount of data for moving image processing at a bit rate used in recording. <P>SOLUTION: This moving image processing apparatus is provided with a decoding parameter set creation means (112) for creating a decoding parameter set to be used for decoding a stream, a first file creation means (115) which performs filing based on the decoding parameter set created by the decoding parameter set creation means, and creates a decoding parameter set file, a second file creation means (116) which performs filing based on the encoded above stream, and creates a moving image file, and a recording medium recording means (128) for recording on a recording medium the decoding parameter set file and the moving image file created by the first and second file creation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
