PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire rubber composition capable of reducing rolling resistance and improving tear strength and flex-crack growth resistance, and to provide a tire having a sidewall using the same. SOLUTION: The tire rubber composition comprises a hydrogenated product of a natural polyisoprenoid. There is also provided a tire having a sidewall using the composition.
