PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting mirror for a light source device with ensured insulation to a voltage applied to a light source by solving the problem that, in a light source device employing a reflecting mirror that uses a multilayer reflection film formed on a concave surface of a glass member as its reflection film, the multilayer reflection film can sometimes suffer degradation in its insulating property and can thus become conductive. SOLUTION: The reflecting mirror of the light source device reflects light emitted from the light source, and has an opening end portion that comes into contact with a metal frame of the light source device. In order that the metal frame of the light source device and the reflection film formed on the concave reflecting surface can be electrically insulated from each other when the metal frame contacts the reflecting mirror, at least part of the reflection film formed at the opening end portion of the reflecting mirror is removed.
