PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric flaring machine of which the main body is reduced in volume and made light-weight, which makes operations in an unstable high position be safely performed and makes its handling simple. SOLUTION: A slider 15 which is moved freely forward and backward is provided through a worm gear 13 attached to the drive shaft of a motor 12 and a wheel gear 14 for transmitting the rotation of the worm gear 13 at a right angle. The flaring machine F is formed by mounting an eccentric cone 19 at the tip of the slider 15. While, a clamp device 6 for fixing an end part of a pipe P in the advancing direction of the eccentric cone 19 is provided. The electric flaring machine for performing flaring work in the end part of the pipe P is constituted by pressing the rotating eccentric cone 19 to the opening part in the end part of the pipe P fixed to the clamp device 6. A female clip 2 is inserted in and fixed to the side face in the end part of the pipe P. The female clip 2 in the fixed state is inserted into the opening part of the clamp device 6 and the end part of the pipe P is fixed to the clamp device 6 together with the female clip 2.
