PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house information panel capable of recording a moving picture without increasing the capacity of a built-in memory. SOLUTION: The house information panel 20 connected to an entrance unit 10 with a camera 11 and provided with a monitor 28 for displaying an image imaged by the camera is provided with an image recording section 31 for recording the image and storing the image to the built-in memory; and a memory mount section 34 connected to the image recording section and to which an externally mounted memory 35 is mounted. The image recording section 31 has a still picture mode wherein the image is recorded in a form of a still picture and a moving picture mode wherein the image is recorded as a moving picture, records the image in the moving picture mode when the externally mounted memory 35 is mounted to the memory mount section and stores the moving picture to the externally mount memory.
