PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of more effectively transmitting a document. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes a document information storage function for storing received document information and a Web service function for disclosing the document information stored in the document information storage function to an external device via a network, and when the external device requests the communication apparatus to transmit the document information disclosed by using the Web service function, the external device can designate information of a sender for transmitting the document information.
