PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic actuator for a valve capable of attaching a solenoid valve and the like meeting a standard as airports are provided together at a position and capable of being applied for solenoid valves of different airport diameters without increasing the size of the whole actuator. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic actuator for rotary-driving reciprocating movement of a piston rod 17 provided at a piston 23 in a cylinder 21 via a rotation conversion mechanism 12, a communicating adaptor 37 is detachably provided for either of a first or a second airport 53, 54 provided in a first and a second cylinder chambers 50, 51 located in front of and behind the piston 23 and an attaching adaptor 32 for attaching the solenoid valve 40 and the like is detachably provided for the other airport.
