PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the axial flow fan by which high silence performance is obtained by minimizing the revolution noise as much as possible, and the electronic device which uses the axial flow fan. SOLUTION: The axial flow fan with a plurality of blades 441, 442 arranged at a predetermined arrangement pitch around the rotating shaft takes and discharges the air along the axial direction by rotating these plurality of blades 441, 442 centering around the shaft. A part of the blade 442 in a plurality of blades 441, 442 has a changed section form of the blade 442 in the plane including the above rotating shaft by changing the torsional angle of the blade so that its blade section form is different from the blade shape of the other blade 441.
