PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cover structure capable of contributing to an increase in the cooling efficiency of an inter-cooler during the traveling of a vehicle and maintaining the sound isolation performance of an engine cover against radiation noise from an engine in those cases other than during the traveling of the vehicle. SOLUTION: In this engine cover structure of the engine cover partitioning an engine side space part 18 from an inter-cooler side space part 17 in an engine room 14, the engine cover 19 comprises an opening part 22 allowing the inter-cooler side space part 17 to communicate with the engine side space part 18 and an opening/closing means for opening and closing the opening part 22. When the opening/closing means opens the opening part 22, the airflow flowing from the inter-cooler side space part 17 into the engine side space part 18 through the opening 22 is generated.
