PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely stick a shoe cover to a shoe and trousers by dividing the shoe cover and a shin/instep pad and solve a problem wherein the conventional shoe cover has clearances between the shoe cover and the shoe and between the shoe cover and the trousers and looks not so good (awkward). SOLUTION: The shoe cover body and the shin/instep pad 2 are divided and hooks provided in the shin/instep pad are adjusted to closely stick the shoe and the trousers and improve the aesthetic appearance.
