PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iontophoresis apparatus capable of administering a large amount of a medicinal solution compared to an administered area when the area where the medicinal solution is administered is small. SOLUTION: In the iontophoresis apparatus 10, a working-side electrode structure 20 is configured by stacking an annular medicinal solution retaining part 24, a second ion selective membrane 26, an electrolyte retaining part 28, and a working-side electrode 30 all of which sequentially enclose outside a first circular ion selective membrane 22 located at the center and by sealing with a working-side sealing material 32 with an exposing opening to expose the first ion exchange resin 22 part.
