PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of counters, which is capable of facilitating the joint work of counters to be jointed with each other, and easily providing the highly precise joint state. SOLUTION: The joint structure of counters is to joint a pair of counters disposed on the upper surface of a cabinet via connectors to joint ends of the counters. Each connector comprises a first connector with a function of adjusting the positions of the counters in a height direction and a second connector with a function of adjusting the positions of the counters in the direction of the depth. The first connector is composed of a pair of joint members to be engaged with each other, and has an upward adjusting means and a downward adjusting means. A plurality of the first connectors are disposed. The second connector is composed of a pair of joint members to be engaged with each other, and at least has a forward adjusting means and a backward adjusting means.
