<p>[PROBLEMS] A tape cutter device in which a cutting blade is placed on the non-adhesion surface side of an adhesive tape and, after the tape is cut, which facilitates formation of a folded section of a non-adhesion section at the cut end of the adhesive tape. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The cutting blade (11) is placed on the non-adhesion surface (2b) side of the adhesive tape (2), and the cutting blade (11) is provided so as to be pivotable in the direction of pulling out of the adhesive tape (2) as the tape is pulled out. The tape cutter device has a torsion spring (17) and a rotating roller (18). The torsion spring (17) urges the cutting blade (11) in the direction opposite the direction in which the adhesive tape (2) is pulled out. The rotating roller (18) is provided on the receiving section (3) side, near the cutting blade (11), in order that the non-adhesion surface (2b) of the adhesive tape (2) is wound on the roller. The rotating roller (18) is rotated as the adhesion tape (2) is pulled out, and when the adhesion tape (2) is cut by the cutting blade (11), the rotating roller (18) forms the folded section (2d) constructed from the non-adhesion section, at the cut end of the adhesive tape (2).</p> |
